I'm currently working as a network engineer L2 in an MNC having 3.5 YOE . I've been in a L1 role and then got into a L2 last year.
But the opportunity here to learn is very low. No matter how much I do self learning; it can never match hands on experience .Also 0 hike in all these years.
The thing is I quite like this domain and eventually want to transit to either cloud network architect or cloud architect .Currect Ctc is 7+. Switching with higher salary is quite tough.

Advise needed.
