I'm currently working at ford as a deputy manager and got an offer in accenture as CL7 (Product Management) for the salary fixed - 36L and variable around 8L

My current CTC is 28L fixed. is this a good offer and how is the work life balance in accenture?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.

Can I submit the Time report in the next fortnight if I missed current fortnight (1st -15th sep).
Will there be any consequences?
I have recently joined Accenture (DOJ- 1st Sept) and I am yet to receive the WBSe details for time report submission.
