I'm thinking of a career shift from Sales into Marketing, CS, or Sales Ops, and I want to be sure any change is a side step/step forward rather than backwards. Currently A at KPMG (<2 YOE) with high certainty of promotion to SA in Sept. Enjoy working with my team, great WLB, and strong network for someone at my level. Current base = 75k with promotion bringing it to 92k minimum.

I have two offers at ~105k base, 15k signing for C and SA roles at other B4 which is a ~50% raise from current base but ~10-15% raise from SA base. Is it worth it to hop this early in my career or should I stick it out for a while to build more experience?

I am having 6 and half YOE. Techstack is front end development mostly on Angular. Currently working at a product based organization. I joined this org 8 months ago. This job has really stressed me out and I am on the verge of a burn out. I am considering quitting and taking a break for two months. Is it a bad idea to quit without having another job, especially given the market conditions now ? I really want to a month or two to take some time off and refresh. Pl advise.

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?
