I’ve been with PwC almost for a year now in the valuations group and I don’t see myself doing this long term. 90% I’m helping Audit Teams understand valuations and 10% I’m doing PPAs. I always wanted to go into more a consulting role (ops/strategy role). I also like modeling, but the current modeling I’m doing is more accounting focused rather than finding business value from synergy creation. Ideally I’d like to stick with PwC but I’d switch too. Thoughts where I should apply too?

This is all my work with some good AI guidance because I’m fit but age 64. Very specific to me. It’s sort of a CrossFit style workout. All at home. For example of just legs: holding a 75 pound sandbag I walk about 50 steps keeping my thighs almost parallel to the floor. Another is holding that sandbag starting on my knees, and then standing up and back to my knees, 20-30 times. Balance that with core, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder - keeping on mind hips and twisting motions in combination with other things. I like sandbags because they inherently require stabilizing effort.
The AI help today related to floor presses - I do a variety of them, usually using 35 pound dumbbells but felt like I could go higher, and wanted to know what my max should be given all that AI knows about me. Answer was 40 pound dumbbells or 45 pound kettles - I’m going with the kettles. More would put too much stress on my shoulder.
My objective is solid strength, preservation of joints (which are all great now and wanted to keep it that way), some growth but not enough to affect my nice collection of clothes.
Which workouts are you doing? This sounds great. Would love a source or link. 🙏🏻
