I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?
I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? Looking for insight on applying and would love to chat with anyone who has or currently works for IBM! Thanks in advance!

I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Sorry you’re going through this. Blow them up on here/Glassdoor if it’s seriously that bad. People/companies like that deserve it.
Thanks! I will do that for sure! I don't want people to go through the same bs.
Wouldn’t bother. Nobody pays attention to exit interviews anyway
I second this comment. As tempting (and justified) as giving a brutally honest exit interview is your employee doesn’t sound like they will give it much weight. It’s also a small world so you don’t want to burn any bridges. I’d keep your interview as neutral as possible. If you really want to say something about the work atmosphere you described, then you might consider recommending that the office provide more trainings like anti-bias or diversity trainings.
Do not. Nothing good (not even change) will come from telling the truth. The firm knows their culture, but if you complain they’ll act shocked, then label you a complainer/trouble maker or “not a team player” if anyone ever calls for a reference.
Gross wtf does that even mean?? Is he insinuating that he usually hits on/sleeps with junior associates?? I would mention it to HR, if you don't tell them exactly what happened at least mention that you felt uncomfortable while working there.
Thanks! I am not sure what he meant, I just know it isn't good...
If you aren't coming back, I will go all out! Some people don't deserve to be where they are if they treat people like that.
Glassdoor > exit interview
I’d save all the evidence and consult an employment lawyer.
Thanks! I hope I can get something good out of it.
Just leave. They probably won't care much about it.
I always spill the tea in the exit interview. What do you have to lose?
Spill the tea. Otherwise they may actually walk around telling themselves they did well by you. During my exit interview my PGL actually told me “we just want you to know we tried really hard for you…” I couldn’t believe my ears and that motivated me to name it all - all the crap they put me through.
Then I told HR during my formal exit interview. I also knew at that point that I’d rather be unemployed for a year than set foot there again.
Funny story, i attended a conference recently, and I found out from a client that they were dropping my name and telling people they were so sorry to lose me over diversity issues, but, “you know, our city is so white and there’s only so much we can do.”
Be professional about it, but tell them to truth. Otherwise, they’ll lie to themselves and others about what really went down. This way, if they still go out lying, it won’t be because they don’t know better.
Out the firm here on the way out
