Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro
I’m exhausted from interviewing and caseing 🥵
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I’m in the Midwest, and there aren’t even close to enough pharmacists to fill jobs available. I’m talking bonuses to transfer into secluded areas (I had heard the figure of a $75k bonus for a 2 yr contract). Your skills are DEFINITELY in demand!
Hmm to be honest, I’m wondering if part of the issue is ageism. Can you network with other colleagues? Where do you live?
I’d also omit the dates you got your license and certifications.
Looknup Chewy, Pharmerica and Grocery Store Chains like Kroger and Walmart. Recruiters are constantly trying to fill tbose positions here in Kentucky/Indiana area
Are you on LinkedIn? And are you in a professional organization such as APhA or ASHP? You can find jobs in the “hidden” job market from just talking to other pharmacists at these orgs. Many of them never post their jobs to public sites. They get on LinkedIn and use the recruiter tool or they hire someone they meet at an org meeting or conference.
How about open your independent pharmacy
Have you thought about remote pharmacist opportunities like an MTM/telepharmacy type role? Also insurance companies are continuously looking for prior auth positions.
Which ones? I'm looking to apply

I feel you. I was laid off after 23 years with a company, and it took almost 3 years to get a full time job I like. I saw a lot of postings that required a PharmD or residency. I ended up getting my current job because I ran into a former coworker that works there, so definitely work u to our connections.
