Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC

I would not do this. Apply for AP roles or something lower to get your foot in the door. Do you have CPA? You can always go EA and get into tax, with tax season coming up, you can get your foot in the door this way! Best of luck!
Agreed
Why not go for internships at a one of the big 4?
Big 4 is hiring staff. You should apply
They are not anywhere I’ve seen. What city are you seeing this?
I would not try to competing on price (salary).
Where are you getting stoped in the interview process? Do you already have good experience and good grades at university? What types of jobs are you looking for?
I would focus on making yourself a better candidate. You could find somewhere to volunteer part time. Like doing the books for a non-profit. That will get something on your resume. Might also get you connections.
I would also focus on improving your performance at every step in the application process. Get a minimum of 10 people to review your resume. If they have experience in your field that is best. Do 20+ practice interviews with relevant questions for you desired role.
Welcome to the world of AI. Fewer accounting jobs.
The best thing you can do for yourself is pass the CPA exam. This will make you much much more marketable.
Don’t lowball, don’t negotiate with yourself let them offer you. Don’t sell yourself short
Getting a job that will give you experience is what you need. Even if you take a hair cut on the first job. You will be more marketable next year. I’d do it if you need a job.
Never go in undermining yourself like that. It's a bad strategy especially as it makes you look like you're not confident of yourself. Nothing turns off a potential employer more. Focus on getting your foot in the door and getting some experience somewhere and move on from there.
I definitely wouldn’t do that. I’d suggest trying to get referrals through friends and family and going that route first. You don’t want to take half the salary just to get hired.
I get your thought process, but it’s wrong.
There’s generally a pre determined pay range for an open position. The interviewing/hiring team generally don’t care if you’re cheap, they’re not the ones deciding the pay range. All they’re concerned about is finding the most qualified person and someone who will fit their team well.
