I’m hiring a graphic designer and narrowed the candidates to 3. They are all qualified, all have extra talents that would be helpful to our company and are all very nice. I’ve never had an issue making a decision when hiring a candidate on who I should go with. How do you choose when they’re all equally great?? Vibes??

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry.
