Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

It would be of great help if you could assist with the pay range for a Manager working for a big4 in Canada? I do have a ball park figure in mind, after researching a bit online. But, if anyone actually knows that pay range in Canada, please let me know.

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Public accounting firms that are hiring tax compliance staff/associates? Haven’t been laid off yet but the writing is on the wall

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.

My manager is getting on my nerves. Every time I bring up an issue he tells me to talk to the partner about it. I think I’m going to start clarifying im being directed to do this and im not just doing it of my own volition?
