What is CBO TTH drive recruitment in TCS?
I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

Be honest with the dream agency and tell them you are in the final stages with the other agency. If you do get an offer, tell dream agency immediately and emphasize the urgency. Worst case, if you accept the first offer then get the dream offer, you have a big decision to make.
Just say you'd like to be fair to each opportunity and be able to evaluate each role fairly, so you'd like to complete both processes and wanted to share that you're in a process with another company and wanted to be transparent. It gives you the edge because if they like you and want to over they know they're competing with another company. Also highlight that you want to make the right move and not 'a' move. They'll appreciate the honesty. Id tell both companies as that might help speed up the other company ( hopefully)
You could try to stall for time initially ( I'm assuming you've already got a job) but see how flexible they are with aligning the process.
