I’m in the process of interviewing for a Product Manager role in Canada at a large pharma/med tech company. Can someone give me a sense of what my salary expectations should be? I got an MBA pretty much right after undergrad and spent the last few years at a pharma investment fund so I am expecting to take a bit of a pay cut as I transition into industry, but any advice on expectations would be great. Is it really out of touch to ask them to match my current salary (CAD 150k)?

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.
