After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

Is your other half on L2 visa? If yes, declare it under their name as they have employment authorization and wouldn’t get in trouble for that
Why does this need an LLP? While it is not recommended for other reasons such as bankruptcy, a person is able to earn money in this manner as an individual.

I think you should be fine. As long as you only sell your personal stuff, it doesn’t constitute unauthorized employment.
If you can prove this wasn't a profit but just selling old clothes you'll be fine. Just make sure you're able to declare it that Way.
I’ve been on visas for 10 years now, J visa, F visa, H1B… in that time, I’ve probably had over 100 1099 Forms from random companies that had nothing to do with my visas. Never had an issue, just report your income and pay the tax, you’ll be fine
Any update / advise? As i been through same thing and wonder if this will affecting my L1
Schedule k is for not a regular/constant income but temporary. I get it every year after I started investing monthly in real estate funds (managed by fundrise).

You may read it wrong. OP gets 1099-K, not schedule K.
You worry too much, I have been selling stuff since 2015 on H1B. You sell them using personal account and declare them as resell you will be fine. This year we sold stuff worth more than 10k. Never had any issues with IRS.
OP, don't do it. Do you really want to regret earning couple of grand down the road.
It happened to me with Ticketmaster when I sold tickets for 3 concerts that I could not attend and the sum of what I was paid for the tickets was more than $600. All added to my tax return, no issue. I’m also under L1.
PwC 1 or anyone else, have you gone for a green card yet after something like this?
I consulted my accountant and am finding out if my other half could file instead.
