I'm interested in a Legal Specialist role for Google, but my current city of residence isn't listed as one of their preferred working locations, which per the JD is San Francisco, Mountain View or New York. Google does however, have an office in my city. Should I still apply and see if they would be open to the location for the role?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
