Does anyone want to share their offer for a CSM role at a SaaS company? Base, comp, RSU? Final rounds are next week and was told offers would come fast so trying to do research now. Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

I work with a cosmetics company that has a healthcare arm. Wording and details have to be very on the point otherwise, lawsuits. I'd mix in something about working closely with a QA process. You got the interview so you are qualified. Just have to pass the vibe check.
Pharma is different. The regulatory differences and how strategy is developed and executed is often NOT approached the same way as other brand advertising / marketing.
It is important to recognize that. The agency likely is recruiting people with non-pharma backgrounds and no pharma experience because it is generally a good to bring fresh thinking into the mix. But you must be able to adapt quickly and be able to impact things immediately otherwise your strategy role will severely diminish. HCP accounts in particular are run more aggressively through account teams who often fill the role of the strategist.
But I digress, just don’t be intimidated by all that. Know differences exist, don’t pretend to know everything going in, and act game to take that challenge on enthusiastically.
This will do two things:
1) it will only set the right expectations if the hire you 2) it will show that you are transparent person with a good head on your shoulders.
Also, let them know you approach any category with strategic fundamentals that translate regardless of the subject matter.
