I’m LGBTQ+ and really trying to get a sense of how inclusive certain schools actually are. Some of the Pride club websites look amazing, but I worry about the vibe outside of that bubble. Will I feel comfortable socially, or like I’m constantly code-switching? I’ve been burned before by workplaces that talked the talk but didn’t walk the walk. Has anyone had genuinely affirming (or disappointing) experiences at specific MBA programs?

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current organization email. But, I am leaving the company in one week. Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
