How do you usually deal with rejections or having to take the job you don’t like?

My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way. I am approaching the Roth IRA income limit, and have a pre-existing Roth IRA that was not converted from a traditional account. Is there a way for me to take advantage of the backdoor Roth loophole while funneling the money into my current Roth? Or, do I have to set up a new account, convert it to Roth, and make all future contributions into that account? I’ve already asked my broker, and they have not been the least bit helpful. Thanks!

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? Wouldn’t you always want to just rollover your old 401Ks to your new 401K?
