Try signing up to Lexody. You meet up with people in your city for a coffee or a drink for an hour and speak their language for half an hour then yours for the other half hour.
Obv for now it’s done via Zoom.
Find an Italian speaker who wants to learn English. It’s the closest thing to immersion without traveling.
You could combine this with lessons.

I recently signed up for Rosetta Stone (they have a deal where you can take 25 languages with unlimited lifetime access for $200) and started learning Italian that way! I love it - it’s simple, step by step and can do it on your phone or computer
