You have to have a lot of money with the firm that issues or works on the IPO. Like Morgan Stanley, etc. They’ll get dibs on a certain amount of shares to sell to their higher net worth clients
Platforms like Equity Zen to buy them on secondary markets. You have to be an accredited investor and minimum investments start at $20k. Just a heads up, if you buy pre IPO there is often a 6 month lockup.
Also I think to be considered an accredited investor you need a net worth of at least 1 million or income of at least 200k last two years

Fidelity will do it as well if you have enough money in your brokerage but don’t expect much. Don’t expect the hot ones either...
