Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Flushed and fed yesterday!

Same as it always is.
Regular antics man. All of the promises, calls, "commitments to this and that" are all just talk. These leaders like people who look and think like them. Simple.
They should get some credit for hiring you, no?
I see what you're saying but OP's former boss needs to be inclusive moving forward in perpetuity in order to make any progressive change.
Know that the only people who "get credit" for diverse hires are white men. When POC hire other POC it is seen as unfavorable by coworkers/ peers. This is not anecdotal, it's research from HBR.
The pressure of being "diverse" in a sea of whiteness is not compensated or appreciated when leveraged to bring more minorities into the culture.
OP, how frustrating, good luck at your new spot.
That is so true and makes me crazy.
You’re not wrong. In my agency, everybody’s past contacts all look like them. Can you introduce them to someone who doesn’t?
Good idea, I’ll give this a try
