I'm potentially pursuing an opportunity to move from risk program related role to an insurance/advisor position. Other than a move to client facing and commission based, what other system shocks are there? I've been in an Advisor role previously with 7/66/CRPC but would have to reacquire. This may also come with a location change of my choosing to a relatively new area (would come with low to no mortgage). 180k comp currently
