Im so lost.
I feel like I'm failing at life. I came to Deloitte to push myself since school was a breeze. (That being said, if you know the rules of school, it's not hard playing around them)
Still, recently graduating from school and being in my position for 5 months now, I feel like I'm an utter failure. I struggle to complete tasks on time for things that seem so trivial in my mind and for others on the team. I feel like I'm more of a burden than an addition to the team. Am I the only one?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?
