I’m stuck waiting on an offer decision while still interviewing at other places. Every day I wonder if I should pause the other processes or keep pushing. The timing stress is worse than the interviews. How do you juggle this without burning bridges?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

Do teams wait to reject backup candidates until the preferred candidate has signed an offer? Did all interviews a few weeks ago and was told I’d get a decision ASAP but nothing yet. Makes me think they are holding off on rejection till someone else accepts, but I’m not sure if that’s standard practice at G.

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate.
