I’m traveling to Europe next week for 12 days from USA. Should I cancel or postpone travel plans due to the current TSA situation and flight mayhem in Europe?

Have a big upcoming international trip and trying to choose between the Marriott convoy boundless credit card or the chase sapphire preferred card to not have foreign transaction fees. Anyone have any experience with either and can help tip the scales one way or another?
