Do you mean which company you contacted offered the best customer service via chat? And by "best" do you simply mean that your issue was resolved quickly?
Yeah, I think that's what OP meant. Would add efficiently as well.
I recently had a really good experience with DoorDash. Prompt response, and immediately was able to refund my order that never arrived.
Printful. So easy. I was requesting a refund and experienced no hassle at all and the guy I was talking to was very pleasant.
Reached out to Sears via chat - we were required to give them a call, but because it was Summer, the hold time was over 6 hours. They also know about this and by protocol we should be following that channel. The person my chat got assigned to was so understanding and still gave me the assistance the customer needed, which saved them several hours of multiple callbacks for follow-ups. I gave the guy full stars across board.
I've had to utilize Walmart's live chat feature several times through the years, and I don't recall a single time I would have given them less than say eight out of 10. Pretty stellar CS Chat they do have over there. I do chat customer service myself and what I value most is someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, clear and concise.
