I have had several positive and kind interactions with people today that started off feeling super tense & ended up with the people laughing and thanking me for the help. I think I can make a stressful phone call better and brighten people's days! That's the best part of my job, hands down.

I helped troubleshoot a technical issue that seemed to be literally driving someone insane today. I am relieved for that woman and her whole family because she was literally at her wits' end.

I helped a customer fix her website issue today and she was so happy. She was trying to fix something and she ended up deleting something which caused her website to go down. I was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes and she was so thankful for me helping her so quickly and knowing how to do it.

Listening to my customers telling me "you made my day!" makes me feel I made a difference. I receive compliments like that several times in a day. And it motivates me even more to do my best for my job.

Guys, need one quick suggestion -

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..
