If you can afford Highland Park, that would be #1, but Southlake is #2 or #3 in Texas for what you described.
flower mound feels like southlake 10-20 years ago. could be a great opportunity, especially if you're in it for the long haul.
Get the biggest house you can afford on 1+ acre and you'll make out like a bandit when land becomes scarce.
So hard to compare...very different...what are you looking for?
Interesting. I felt they’re too similar to be honest, because all I’m looking for is good schools and access to parks etc. Don’t care about night life / bars / restaurants.
