I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Ey sucks, even tho they smooth it out of over time, I'm still underpaid for all these years for doing the same exact work as my collegues
We’ve had MSTs that were idiots, it means nothing.
Maybe the reasoning is that after 4 - 5 years experience (and ready for manager) the MST doesn’t mean much? For example two staff start one with MST and one without the one with should be more technical due to more education. But if you didn’t tell me which of my managers has an MST, I wouldn’t know the difference.
Not true. Only attorneys start higher from everything I’ve ever seen.
Ey 1- it's true before 3 years ago
Also - we use pay ranges so all rising Managers would be pegged to the same range, meaning someone underpaid before would get a proportionately larger raise to make up the difference. Aka EY smooths out the initial discrepancy over time
If I get a shit raise because I'm on a higher track because I'm an attorney I'm gonna quit fuck all the weirdness around classes and bullshit - you guys make external hires feel excluded at every turn it gets so old
My base salary with a MBA in accounting was equivalent to a BA when I started.
Attorneys are usually huge flops as well
