Actually there is one management group based in kolkata. They are offering me vendership for call center executive. But they are asking initial 1k per candidates for the insurance purposes. Insurance for assets they are providing like Mobile etc .

Technically, I'm not a college student anymore because I just graduated in December. I am having trouble finding jobs within my field (Communications with little experience in marketing). I've gotten plenty of interviews, but none of them have made it past the first formal interview (phone screening then interview). Any advice?

I have been lurking on fishbowl for a bit and it seems that my billable expectations at my small firm are too high (1850). Started my new job today! I’m joining a late stage startup coming from a more mature company, and am noticing a lotttt of documentation debt. Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
