In March I joined tcs with 12lpa ,I got offer from mphasis with 15lpa having six year with devops and aws ,I putted paper and almost 1month is remaining , but I bit confused because tcs while job security is best and don't about mphasis.it good decisions to change new or shall I retain my paper back please give your valuables suggestion..

My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it.
