In Oracle BGV triggered but ro response

I got completed loop interview on jan and said verbally to release the offer, after a week got a call that approved from hr and hiring manager has to approve, on 10th feb received BGV mail after its been more than 8 days no response from HR.


Do you guys know how days take after BGV triggered its for IC2 role

Is an SDR in tech sales for a saas company typically a very challenging role? Do you feel a lot of pressure? Can the sales skill be learned?

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
