Depends too much on what geography you're talking about (or even sector / function).

And in a place like North America for example, I think it's fair to say they're about equally "prestigious" unless you can specifically point out things that mck exclusively sets you up for.

I guess prestige, unless there's a big obvious difference between firms, can be subjective.

I may be wrong but I think a good litmus test (or at least one point of view) for prestige is the firm's reputation outside of consulting.
