In the time between talking to the Booz recruiter and having a first interview, I will have already been contacted by another recruiter, interviewed twice, and gotten an offer.

Anyone else have a positive screener interview with HR, good thank-you email exchange follow-up, and then not hear anything for over a week? This doesn’t seem normal…but I’m still waiting.

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. What is the typical team size a Deloitte Manager leads? I have about a year of experience leading a small team (3-5 people) and am at the Associate level at Booz Allen.

Would I be better suited for Deloitte SC or Manager level? I have 8 YOE total and 3 YOE in consulting. I have plenty of experience managing workstreams, just not a lot of people management. Not afraid of a challenge but also don't want to set myself up for failure if I'd be expected to jump in and manage 50+ person teams...
