A suggestion from my side: From comments i understand Mphasis is not better choice. But I'll still say to join Mphasis because they are giving you higher CTC. Or you can also try to counter Infy with Mphasis offer. Reason I'm saying? You should switch again in 1 year in order to increase your ctc, and that time HR will again negotiate based on your current CTC. Since your plan shouldn't be to stay for long time(as that won't increase your ctc much), I would suggest to go for the one that pays the highest to have an advantage in your next switch
If you join Infosys as PL6, forget hike. Managers at max get 5% hike. If you want further promotion, it will be very difficult. From 6A you will move to 6B which is just roll change. I have not seen any of PL6 to become PL7 in a decade with this company. If your luck is good to get a new/growing project, then yes. Mphasis, i cant comment. This data is after observing 10-15 PL6 over years across units.
For your yoe, you are getting very low.
Go for Infosys as you will have a better wlb

I suggest you take Mphasis. Give more interviews, considering your exp, you should be getting at least 30 fixed if not more

I will say don't decide on the basis of variable pay issue. Even no one received variable pay this quarter but that's never the case earlier. You can stay here for one or two years easily, please connect with manager and discuss all the work and inputs. Mphasis is still good company to grow

Keep trying even after joining anyone of the company till u complete 6 months, u might just get better offer. After that wait for another year. Take internal hike and then switch.
In PM it is not easy to get multiple offers in hand like developers or any other tech stack. Infosys looks good.

It looks like you are in hinjewadi . Forget MPHASIS they are forcing everyday office . Also kharadi is kachara place . Don’t move there.
