PwC partners - One of my biggest takeaways is that Directors aren’t taken care of appropriately in the firm. That includes lack of focus on their mental health, their work-life balance, unreasonable metrics, comp and bonus increases, how cohort progression is managed and transparency about the PCLDE process.
