Hi, I received offer letter from jpmc and accepted it. Today, HR told me that my offer was not processed since i had attended an interview and got offer from Mphasis for a JPMC client one year ago( which i declined later) . Could you please let me know, will it affect my current offer from JPMorgan Chase
I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

You’re very interested in the position and if they can’t meet your range, you’re happy to negotiate in other areas (PTO, benefits, etc.) to try to find something that will work for everyone. They may just come back with a higher salary, but don’t forget that salary isn’t the only valuable piece of your compensation package.
If they loved you they will pay you
There was a recent thread on this. You can negotiate anything to do with work. Things that are worth money like PTO, parking, signing bonus, performance bonus, relocation package, corporate housing, corporate car, phone plan, tuition for classes, 401K matching. Or things that are not financial incentives that still make the job more attractive to you, like flex time, WFH days, accounts you work on, opportunities you want, your title, an office, bringing your dog to work.
What did you ask for? If it’s fair market value, and they’re trying to low ball you, it’s not worth it.
@senior copywriter- what benefits can you negotiate?
^ Not at big holding company shops with huge standard policies across the board. Only at independent shops.
OP, what exactly did they say? Like, words used or direct quote? Very important and I'm not sure from your post. How do you know you were asking for too much?
No, I’ve negotiated some of those in Omnicom, IPG and Publicis agencies.
