Interviewed for a role on Friday and was told by hiring manager I would hear back either by end of day or on Monday. Still nothing, odd? Or am I overthinking.

Had my interview on 12th Feb evening. The same day late night I got an email asking to upload the Application form( Completed the same on 13th Feb). Can I understand only HR discussion pending for me? If yes how much time will it take for me to get the HR call.
