Interviewed with PwC and have been told that they would like to extend an offer but are waiting for HR Leadership for approval. What’s the range for Manager Non-MBA in a Tier 1 area? I understand salary doesn’t have much room for negotiations, but in lieu of negotiating base, how high is feasible for a signing bonus? Also, how far out can you push out a start date? Didn’t really expect to go from Recruiter screen to pending offer in less than 3 weeks, expected way longer. Appreciate any insight
