Interviewing at BCG. Any guidance on the process or what to prep for?

Can someone give some idea about hiring process of Oracle India? I had an interview 2 days back but haven't got any feedback from them.

Looking for feedback, I'm updating my resume and I'm wondering at what point should I start removing past work experience. I've heard anything older than 10 years should go?

Can someone from another country can refer you to the US office? Also what does it mean when someone asks for your resume but doesn’t say anything about referral?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

I got the offer from TCS, just checking as I have now another offer in hand and thinking if TCS can revise my offer.

I recently switched job and joined another B4 firm. As part of the hiring I was promised with a sign on bonus. Now I have received the sign on bonus twice, in back to back paychecks. I know I have to somehow return the second bonus to the firm. Does anyone know how taxes work on this? As both the bonuses were tax deducted prior to deposit, when I return amount do I need to pay back the withheld taxes to the firm as well? Asking as the amount is big and don’t want to go in the IRS route. TIA.

Sometimes being on 4 small projects/clients is tougher than being on one huge project… can only give so much attention span to each customer.
