Interviewing at Slalom, what should I expect in terms of compensation, title? M2 now

Which firm EY Consulting or KPMG Consulting. Not taken TC or level into consideration. Which firm would be better? (And no not considering Deloitte or PWC)

1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?
