I once did a test like this at a company I interviewed at and they paid me $100 dollars for doing the test but I totally didn't even read half the questions bc they were douches for making someone do a test like that. And I just wanted the $
It can't be that bad. I'd do it just to see how the results work out. Its not like they are giving you an e-meter test

Answer "none of the above" for every question. And then draw a picture of a banana sitting between two lemons.
I would ask all sorts of questions about why, it's validation, how they use it, if they share results with you and find a good objective reason to say no. The misuse of data like that is scary
I had to do this once. Needless to say, it was not a good fit.
Guess if you really want the job, do it!
