I m a recent clg grad passed out in 2021 but working in a company with 6.5LPA fixed + 1.5 LPA shift allowances and other variable pay... I m gonna attend HR in Zoho off campus , could I know how much Zoho may offer me or how much shud I negotiate ? What shud be the expected salary for android/iOS developer ? Is Zoho worth it ?
Note : currently working as cloud support engineer and trying for MTS in zoho

I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?
