Is anyone able to give me some advice on speaking up in meetings, specifically when the topic is a bit more difficult.
For example, we have been promised this certain benefits package for months and it includes therapy - I am urgently wanting to make use of it but it keeps getting delayed and we are not really given a reason why.

Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? Wouldn’t you always want to just rollover your old 401Ks to your new 401K?
