Is anyone else in a relationship where your SO doesn't want to do anything? My boyfriend doesn't care about "experiences" and it's starting to become a wedge in our relationship. When I went to talk to him about compromising and doing something for me (and before you come for me, i do things he wants too), he totally shut down and didn't talk to me about how we both felt.

Girlfriend of 3 years cheated on me right before we were supposed to leave the state and move in together. We broke up about 4 months ago. I couldn’t demonize her, so I’m still struggling with processing it and idk what to do. I’ve been looking into therapy, but I can only do online which leaves me hesitant. My 64 y/o mom is really struggling with her mental health and refuses to acknowledge it or take action. She is already difficult to have a relationship with, toxic, always shaming, blaming, dismissive and refuses to have important conversations.
6 years ago her husband/my step dad was killed suddenly and tragically. He had a man cave room that she has not touched since. It is beyond filthy, unsanitary and poor living conditions.

Any advice for a couple where one person runs really warm and the other has a cooler body temperature - how do you manage this while sleeping? I feel my body produces a lot of heat. My partner and I love to hold each other at night but post an argument yesterday, he pulled away and told me my body is too hot. How do you feel about splitting everything 50-50 with your partner? I don’t feel as rigid about it bc I feel it balances out one way or another, but my partner feels as if he owes me if we don’t split 50-50 and I pay more. I get where he’s coming from but 50-50 just feels transactional and not intimate.
