I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. Been feeling very low for a very long time. Working with a Big Four for 7+ years (since graduation) and was excited to join consulting as I get easily bored, wanted to grow at an exponential scale and wanted to travel for work. Cut to now, though I am well sought after for my skills and consistently got 25%+ bonus, I feel I have achieved nothing cuz I didn't get the promotions that I worked for, people have been chosen over me for overseas travel and destroyed my social life. How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

What has been your most stress free role throughout your career and why?

Went into industry a couple months ago. Previously 3 years in consulting. Okay gig but doesn’t feel right for me and want to apply elsewhere. Is it acceptable to tell recruiters it wasn’t a right fit if they ask about the short time I’ve been at the company? How can I phrase it better? Will switching now look bad?
