People over 40, what advice (career, financial, relationship) would you give to people in their early 30s? I see people in their 20s asking this for those over 30 so I'm curious 😊

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?

Evening! Dog owners who live in condo rentals downtown.. did you tell your landlord you had a dog? Working at a boutique transactiona firm. Feel like I am potentially on the verge of developing tendonitis / carpal tunnel. I try to keep my (standing) desk ergonomically aligned but the reality is that I spend 8-14 hrs a day typing (and, probably, tense) and I’m concerned about rendering myself physically unable to do this job.
