Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

It’s a good point. Framing it around being productive and managing priorities well might land better than emphasizing long hours.

agree - its all about how you frame it
I have never had anyone see that as a bad thing. I am a bit of a workaholic, and I feel like companies love hearing that. That has never been the case for me, though I have had bosses encourage me to use my PTO.

Coming across as a workaholic can sometimes raise concerns about burnout or sustainability. Most teams want people who are committed but also balanced and collaborative. Showing you can work hard and maintain perspective usually lands better.
