Is Cognizant Notice Period 60 or 90 days?

In offer letter it was 90 but in the policy at the portal it says 60.

Can anyone confirm?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
