Is Hunter Bond a legit company or a scam?
I see a lot of job postings from Hunter Bond-London on my LinkedIn. They all sound too good to be true with exceptional
pay.
Based on the Glassdoor reviews, I’m still confused if this company is legit.
Anyone here who’s worked for them or interviewed at HB?

Cognizant- 21L fixed and 1.5L variable
PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

People with dogs: how did you get your dog used to city life? My dog is almost a year and half now (having lived the past ~5 months in the city) and he is terrified of the city. We used to live in the suburbs so much more quiet and low key. The cars going by, sudden sounds, bikes/scooters are a huge stressor, but more than anything it’s people - if he sees anyone walking or around him he panics and tries to flee. I can’t afford to send him to an expensive dog trainer and don’t know what to do :/

Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations.
