Not necessarily. I’ve cut great interviews short. After 10 min I know if I would hire someone or not. If it’s a yes and a great experience, I don’t need the full hour. On the other hand: If it’s bad and I want to get the heck out of the situation, or small talk is too boring at some point, I also cut it short. So, overall: It depends.

Yes. 52 and up you’d be fine but at 46 I’d start looking to cut my losses.
Likely yes

My interviews are scheduled for an hour, I almost never take longer than 30 minutes, good or bad.

What kind of interview round it was? Honestly it depends.. mine behavioral was kept for 60mins but wrapped up in 32 minutes and I was invited for Partner round next day (talking about Deloitte).
It depends on round of interview and what you sensed during the discussion. Don’t stress much OP.. feel free to check with your recruiter by tomorrow or day after! Hoping for the results in your favor!
thanks!! and for sharing too

You can’t read into that. Some people are just efficient and don’t want to waste your time if they have their answer.
