Is it better to specialize in one industry or diversify your sales experience? I’ve worked in healthcare sales for years and know the industry inside and out. But lately I’ve been wondering if staying in one niche limits my long-term growth. What’s your experience?

What’s the going rate for an Account Director in NYC? My current company doesn’t pay enough and want to know what’s acceptable to ask for in the interviewing process (within reason)?

Is it worth it to recruit for a PE Associate role if your current plan is to get 2YOE, go get an MBA and pivot afterwards? Seems like most people can’t /won’t stick around to make it to the top and end up doing something else anyways.
